StepStone Solutions Implements

The rapidly growing insurance industry in China has created high employee turnover, particularly in sales staff. As a result, HR managers are tasked with finding, accepting, screening and interviewing a very large number of applicants. To meet these needs, AXA needed both capable and experienced recruitment managers and a sophisticated support system to allow them to work efficiently and transparently with candidates. After only four weeks from start of the project, StepStone鈥檚 e-recruitment management platform entered initial production, assisting AXA managers in handling the thousands of applications sent in by candidates every year. The Stepstone system keeps records of all activities for each applicant, and reports on key metrics such as cost per hire and resume channel price/performance ratios.
